$79 – Pattern and Template Set. Payable direct to the tutor. Please have the exact amount in cash in an envelope with your name on it.

You will need to bring:

Fabrics for Quilt as per pattern requirements.
Background Fabric (low volume): Ten pieces 45cm x WOF (110cm) or 6m of background fabric. (Just bring half for the workshop.)
Colours/Prints for Flowers, Leaves and Butterflies: 15 fat eighths.
Green Fat Quarters for Bias Binding Stems: 4 fat quarters
Machine piecing thread
Applique thread (Jemima likes Wonderfil Splendour) to match Colour/Print Fabrics and Green Fat quarters
Fusible Web
Rotary cutter, ruler and mat
Mechanical pencil (for accurate tracing)
Teflon Pressing Applique Sheet
Starch spray (Best Press)
Bias Tape Maker – 12mm (½in)
General sewing supplies (eg pins, unpicker, Scissors, Paper Scissors, Small scissors)
Lightbox if you have one (there will be a few in the classroom)

Sewing machines will be provided.

To complete the project at home: you will need the remainder of the background fabric, wadding and backing.
