A veteran of the quilting industry in Australia, Michelle has had hundreds of quilts published over the last 30 years. Amongst other achievements, she has authored five books and designed six fabric ranges.While initially all of Michelle’s quilts were machine made, her job as tour host now requires more hand pieced projects. Her style of quilt project is traditional with a modern twist. Templates now play a big part in the quilt design, allowing for a variety of shapes, and making it easier to use a wider selection of fabrics.Participants in Michelle’s classes enjoy her meticulous organisation, and innovative designs and techniques.
